OMG!!! This game is SOOOOO BAD!!!!!! I have no idea why this game is considered good. Ok I didn't play games during the NES era but ive played nes games like Super Mario Bros. and its awesome. This games terrible. Its ridicoulesly difficult. You start with 30 health after dieing, WHAT THE CRAP!!! No way could i have got through Tourian without cheating. You cant even save the freakin game. You have to die to save your progress, or atleast thats the only way I know of. The first time I saw Ridley I was like "Are you serious?" Its not even as tall as Samus. The music was pretty good though it got repetitive. The graphics were pretty decent, for a nes game, but they are not wonderful. The cave floor walls and ceiling look really boring, and the background in the whole game is pitch black. I know games were limited back then but im sure it could have been better then this, atleast in super mario bros they added the occasional hill and cloud, but I guess backgrounds are beneath this game. Play the GBA remake Zero Mission its way better.
