Crockett and Tubbs are back for the 2006 miami vice movie based on the hit 80's TV show.The psp game is a prequel to the movie.And as far as movie tie-in games go this is pretty good.You are placed into the criminal underworld as either crockett or tubbs,both to your selection.The missions are generaly easy but you will get stuck on a few mission but many people would not take a break from it because it is highly addictive and many will end up saying "oh one more try then!".The graphics are a great standard for the psp.The story mode is pretty decent but most of the missions are just shooting your way through to the end of the level.The duck and cover style play is brilliant which allows you to use the setting to your advantage by taking cover behind objects such as statues,bookcases and pretty much anything.There is a very clever way of getting getting upgrades and different suits.When in a mission you can pick up drugs.At the end of the mission you are left with the drugs you have picked up.You can sell these to drug dealers.The price you get depends on the type of drug and the dealer.this is alot better than your basic pick up money or pick up gun upgrades.The sound is pretty good.Not brilliant,not poor,just good.All in all its a good excellent game which is under rated.
