Ok to be honest I was alittle worried when I put this into my PS2/PSTwo. The opening animations and everything was the exact same as Dub Edition, when I got to the disclaimer screen I thought that they just changed up some of the colors here and there. It wasn't untill I got into Tokyo and started racing, my rating suddenly went from 9.5-12.00. The new(old MC2 tokyo) city of Tokyo blew my mind. It is unlike the other cities in the game. The new cars are amazing, (Although they aren't some of the best additions they are still great). I would have really like to have seen some Fords (other than the Saleen(S7)), but the Charger, and Gemballa SUV makes me almost forget about there not be any Mustangs.
All in all this game is better than the original. The graphics, for Tokyo and the new cars, are absolutely amazing. MC 3 DUB Edition Remix still has the speed of the original. For $20.00 You should go out and pick this up immediately, great expansion to MC3.
