DUB Edition Remix improves what already was a good arcade racing game. Worth buying to those who missed the original.
The vehicle customization is, by far, the best I've seen in any street racing game. Colors, Body kits, tired, rims, trims, almost everything is costumizable...well...if we don't consider later tuners and exotics...
Gameplay:
Although the game is really easy to play (the controls are tight and its easy to drive almost all if not all vehicles) the difficulty feels cheap. You will constantly feel cheated in later events has traffic tends to make everything to get you. Not only this, but the opponents can be really hard too.
With this said, the player will probably retry events many times. Still, the game is really good.
Graphics:
The graphics in Remix are pretty much the same. The cities look great, and the vehicles are amazing. Unfortunately, the frame rate tends to get below 30 fps. It may eventually mess up those "faster" races, but still, it is no reason to skip this great game.
Sound:
The soundtrack is bigger this time. If you are into Hip-Hop (which is the main ost of the entire game really) you will love MC3's soundtrack. Of course there are also Rock and Techno tracks available.
The game alone is lengthy enough, but, with the addition of the new content, there's really no reason to miss this game. Besides, there is always the multiplayer available. With this said, Remix will keep you entertained for months.
