Well this one is way better than the last one, it has customizations, cars react to the weather better than last time, alot more cars fitted in to one race. You can make your own track easier. The only thing i didn't like about the game is that it had less people who talked to you. The arcade mode was great and the AI in the cars was way better, they raced harder like real drivers. They all took shortcuts or other ways they thought would be faster to finish the race. The traffic is high and low depending on the time of the day, the cities were more real and unique.
