Epic Game, with classic touches.

This was one of my very first (racing) games. I've spent a lot of hours in it, especially in cruise mode, and I loved it. It was just a part of my childhood.

One of the good things of the game are the graphics. Of course, now we live in 2008, but for 1999 it's pretty nice. The car damage and the dashboards are a good example of that.

The game play is the best thing of the game. Cruise mode is fantastic. You can drive around in a pretty large map, and do what you want to do. Jumping over bridges was one of my favourite things to do in cruise mode, and the pedestrians are extremely funny to watch. Also, exploring secret passages (not that there are so many, but it's just funny exploring them) is a cool thing to do in the game.

The races are cool as well. Blitz mode, where you race against the clock, is pretty hard though, but if you're experienced with the game, you should be well entertained.

Conclusion: Not a game of this time, but still a classic one.
