funny, but not worth the money because its just to short and shallow

User Rating: 7 | Mini Ninjas PC
+ charming atmosphere, nice simple gameplay
- short, maybe a bit to easy, little to no replay value

so, game starts off in a very kung-fu panda kinda intro
it explains that you and your 'big' friend are the last hope of the ninja village to save the world from the evil samurai warlord

the game then leads you past a few amazingly immersive environments from grassland to snow, from mountains to rice fields clearing over 22 different levels

you get to choose from one of 7 different characters (you start of with 2, and rescue the other 5 along the way), each with their own perks and looks
but because their power attacks are usually not as potent as the main characters you tend to stick to him instead
on the other side you have 11 different enemy's, 5 different bosses and 3 kinds of NPC's over the course of the journey, needles to say not a very daunting number but it gets the job done

combat system is rather simple, but it works pretty well
left mouse to attack, right mouse to break blocks, F to use item / cast spell, Q for a power attack

conclusion:
this game is enjoyable, but due to its short nature and little re-playability not really worth the money
check it out at the bargain bin in a few months
so unlike most of the "ooh gameplay>gfx or casual galore" lovers in the reviews below me, il give this a 7 because you can get better games
