Wow. This is how to make a game surprise you with it's unexpected brilliance.
Graphics: 9/10
They're extremely stylised, unlike anything I have ever seen. it's got such a clean, gorgeous, even sexy look. The character models are very detailed with great little unique details all for their own. The environments are utterly stunning, with vast cities sprawling out below as you leap like mental across skyscrapers with huge rushes and vertigo and an attractive motion blur. Very impressive indeed.
Gameplay: 10/10
This is where the game comes SUPREMELY alive. It's just so fun with amazing parkour jumpiness and the combat may be a little punishing a first with its intense timing preferences, you'll be a master by the halfway point.
The majority of the game involves you doing vertigo inducing leaps across buildings and the like and it's very visceral and impressive. It can get a little hard sometimes but you'll put up with it because the game is full of incredibel set pieces that are incredible fun to play.
Lifespan: 6/10
This is where the game falls short. I completed it in 6 1/2 hours. Take that as you will. It's brilliant though so replay it and do the races too. (:
