Terrible! Cannot believe I wasted £25 on this.

Almost everything about this game is terrible and pointless. The graphics are definately scraping the barrel, I'd strongly bet that a room full of trained chimps undertook the job of designing the levels, which are bland and hardly visable due to the graphics being that bad. Characters are also poorly designed. Their heads look like photos of moulded clay, then super-imposed into the game.
The sound-effects are pathetically lame: Ethan's pistol, when fired sounds like someone walking into a door. You can almost picture the guy responsible for sound production: standing at a desk with a 1980's keyboard and implements that make noise in order to make some sounds! It's also a letdown that there isn't an ounce of talking in Mission: Impossible. I know there was no dialogue in Goldeneye for instance, but it seems stupid to not add any here, and Goldeneye made up for the absence of dialogue with such a supberb game.
The gameplay is almost non-existent. The ideas are good: enabling you to adopt another person's face then infiltrating a secret base for example. But that is about it.
Overall Mission Impossible is truly a waste of money, time and effort. You'd be miles more satisfied playing Goldeneye again and again than play this thoroughly. The only reason I gave the game 1 point is for the catchy theme tune at the introduction screen.
