MLB 08 The Show is not very much changed from the 07 version nor is it very great quality but there is a great change that i caught that is very nice. In the old games you could simulate a season and add the stats with the training points at the end, and could be 100 overall withing 5 seasons. When i rented this game, that was what i was hoping for. I realized how cheap this was, and this is a good thing. The change is the blu/red bar under the stat. Red means decreasing and blue means increasing. This means if you simulate the season, the skill should go down quite a bit. This feature forces you to play the games to get more points and keep the overall rising in all the skills. A good tip I am passing on is that a skill like bunting or blocking that you may not use, never get it up, despite the goals. These are unused and unimportant if you never bunt or are not a catcher.
