I love the Career Mode, better than Madden.

The career mode in The Show is great in my opinion because it skips to your next event. It saves a lot of time and makes the game more fun to play. In the Madden Superstar mode, If you choose to play only your player on the field, you must watch every play until you are on the field which takes a while and is very boring. I really enjoy the created minor league stadiums and the animation is great on my PS2. There are many different areas that you can train and the mini-goals system. There are large goals that you must accomplish over a few weeks of the season and mini-goals that only effect the current game. Goals such as "Drive the run in", or "Don't strike out". It gives you something to strive for. The Show also gets the little things right. The players step in and out of the box between pitches and umpires and base coaches dance out of the way of sharply hit ground balls.
