The Show Hits a Home Run With This One!

This was the first show game i played and it was a brilliant experience for me and a great change of pace from the 2K Sports Baseball games. The fields look nice, the players and coaches look more defined, and the gameplay is very solid. The only minor annoyances I found were the pitching meter often gives random results (i.e: aiming a fastball high in the strike zone, but instead goes outside and down from the strike zone.) you have to do a lot of memorizing and remembering which button combinations are utilized for advancing multiple bases, stealing, etc., and the solo games last an eternity due to the extremely skilled AI (Thankfully, you can swap sides and fastforward throughout the game.) There's also lots to do n his game such as home run derbys, hitting your way to the top in road to the show mode, start a season mode, career, etc. The show does not disappoint here; definitely one to add into your collection here!
