This is the third edition of MLB the Show that I purchased, Although it may not differ greatly from other years, I think that MLB 2013 is better. I like the beginners level, as it allows people who have not played the game to get used to timing their swings, and how to get better with pitching. The only complaint that I have is that the controlled pitchers keep throwing the same pitchs to you in subsequent throws. It is not likely that a Major League pitcher would throw four straight sinker balls. I know that this game will likely be only on PS 4 next year, and I will miss it. I don't think that the PS 4 is needed, as I think that gaming companies saturated the market with too many average games. Sony and Microsoft are creating new gaming systems to gouge the public needlessly. Now they will sell the PS 4 for $300 and games will sell for $70-$80. Do these companies think that people have endless money? The economy is not real good, and buying video games is a luxury for some people. I have the PS2 and PS 3, but I won't be getting the PS 4.
