MLB is one of the better PSP games there is. It is very simple yet very addictive and fun. The game play is very smooth and the graphics are great. There are a few glitches but they rarely affect the game and do not at all take away from the experience. The sound is one of the better features of the game. The commentators are great and not very repetitive at all. The sounds of the game such as the crack of the bat and the roar of the crowd are all included and are great also. It's a game you can play over and over again. Although there is no franchise mode, a season can still be played with one team and trades can be made to build another team around a core. Overall, the game is great and is a must-have PSP game.
