Modnation=Garbadge Very very long load time, and the game is not just hard, but the A.I is very very cheap.

When you think Modnation you think Little Big Planet right? Well, lets just hope that we can stop thinking that way. From the minute that you take the game out of the box and into your PS3, its nothing but installation and loading time like you wouldn't believe. The installation part took nearly if not 10 minutes followed by constant loading time added toward the long waited feel for this title. Although the jokes and characters might make you laugh, it gets old really quickly. The A.I in this game isn't hard, but better said that it's really cheap. You can be in your final lap with all of the boost, shield, and weapons, yet, the A.I will somehow still come in first place. The game lacks in weapons and physics making the goat kart that you're "trying" to drive feel like a F1 super car that loses control very often. The in race objective really take the fun out of the game not to mention once again that the A.I is really really and I mean really cheap and will keep you from making it happen. I also experienced more than a hand full of bit-rate hiccopps and although the excuse to that can be constant connection issues, it is still no excuse. The game also lacks important option changes that can make this title a wee bit better. For one, the fact that you can not change the difficulty setting is a minus along with other options that should have been considered.
In a better note, the creation part of this game is close to solid. Although you really can't do anything you want to your characters, you can come really close to making whatever you want. With that said, the online play can be fun if you meet up with friends, family, or peers that are willing the help your experience out by sharing and trading tracks, karts, or racers. Along with this, the online community will keep the game from getting old really fast, however, playing with the computer will offset the experience due to once again really cheep A.I.
