OK. I'll just start off by saying that I got this for $12 new. Almost any game is good for that price. Now for $20, don't buy it. Get it used. Anyway, on to the real review.

Graphics: 8/10
Graphics are good, but nothing special. They look like an extremely early Gamecube game.

Gameplay: 10/10
If you like normal Monopoly, this is even better. It has four boards to play on, and different playing modes.

Sound/ music: 5/10
Some is good, some is annoying.

Replayability: 10/10
Of course it's replayable! It's Monopoly!

Value: 9/10 as long as you pay a low price.
