The Original Board Game is so much more fun, this only offers headaches and boredom.

Yeah! Monopoly! The classic board game in your pocket, well not quite. This rendition will leave you suffering a headache, with gameplay that is only a few (a) or (b) buttons worth. The Sound Effects are terrible, only clacking sounds of dice and piece tapping. The game was not made for the Game Boy, it would probably fair better on the DS, since color is something in desperate need. Although there is a color version available on the Game Boy Color this is a review for the Game Boy version. Let's just say it is hard to tell parts of the gameboard apart in this grayscale game. The game is backwards compatible, but why would you want that when this game is such a bad recreation. Another case of making a game too soon for a device which cannot properly replicate the game circumstances.

I should not complain so much, after all it was a gift, but I feel terrible someone wasted their money on this game.
