A movie based game that's not another platformer
Three characters comprise Monster House and depending on who you use determines the type of powers the water gun has; there's the average single shot, double shot, and power shot. Each character's water gun corresponds with a typical formula found in many games - single moves average, double moves slightly faster, and power moves slightly slower. If you lose one character, you have the option of starting the level over with a replacement, but once all replacements die, game over!
The fun aspect of this game - clearing out rooms while dodging enemies - is the biggest downfall. Repetition is keen in this game, but if you thoroughly enjoy one level, you'll enjoy them all.
Controls - move with D-pad, aim with stylus. The most unique thing about this game and it's biggest selling point.
Sound - not much beyond typical game noises. I did not focus so much on the sound as I did the gameplay.
Graphics - as with the sound, graphics are pretty average.
Gameplay - if you can over come the repetitive nature, the concept of aiming with the stylus and moving with the D-pad is quite alluring not seen in many games.
