Its a great game to get into if you got some time on your hands. It's slow-going at first, but you get into it.

This game mainly consists of "going on a quest, killing a monster, carve materials from the monster's carcass, making armor and weapons from the materials, then going out and killing an even bigger monster.

Like I said on my Review Deck, "it's slow-going at first, but you get into it".
Meaning that when you start the game, especially if you start from skratch with this game instead of Monster Hunter:Freedom, it will take a little time getting better armor and ranking up.

However, when you get into the game, its a little hard to put it down.
The various types of weapons, armors, skills, and monsters will keep you hooked for a least 100 hours of playing time.

One cool feature is that you can go on quest with 3 other players using your PSP's AC connector. Which makes it a little easier when fighting a difficult monster.

All and all, its a great game to get into if you've got some time on your hands.
It WILL keep you busy for a while.
