Graphics: 7.8. Some what good graphics the best they could do on a PSP I guess. No real facial textures. Can't really tell if they are going to blink or not. Bad camera angles. Good weapon texture. Can choose to be boy or girl, 10+ Faciual posibilities, 10+ Voices for each gender. Endless hair color possibility. 10+ Hair possibilities. Monsters Resemble Dinosaurs.
Sound: 6.7. Basicaly its a loud game. It really isnt that much of a grabber in sound. No voice overs, when you attack is a simple hya cha huaaa, when you jump and grab an Edge, Help!. You can hear the birds, hear the grass as your steping on it, hear insects, hear the dragons roar and fly. you can hear the people, its like a mixed together talking.
Action: 10.0. Really good action, heart stopping sequences, With huge dragons, memorable foes, and Hard quests, brings arc the lad to modern day action. You can capture monsters, Only as quests though. Quests are ranked 1-7 stars. As you complete quests you gain points, As you gain points you gain titles for your Guild card. Also a chance for harder quests. If your inexperienced talk to the village sage for easy quests. After those you will go on your first Carnavoris hunt, 3 Velocipreys. Thats about all I can help you with. I will also say that their are four types of Quests, Capture, Gather, Hunt, and Treasure. Hunt is usualy the hardest, Capture can be hard to, Gather is the easier way to go. Treasure hunting can only be done with more than one person, get a friend online and work on some treasure quests.
Difficulty: Well this game was never intended for young kids like under 12 so It would be kinda hard to master. This game is a difficulty level of older teen to adult. So it will help you more toward the beginning, However It, after that, will leave you on your own should you go straight to the guild, Id advise newcomers to talk to the armor shop and get some armor, and use the Sword & Shield until you get the hang of it. Buy Leather everything and Green Pants. Then go back and talk to the Village Elder. He will give you a set of missions called Basics. That will teach you how to play the game.
