Get ready for the hunt!! I traded my PSP GO(got it free with reward points) for a wii just to play this game!

MH3 is an immersive game that revolves around hunting monsters and upgrading weapons and armour. Sounds pretty simple right? In all actuality it isnt as simple as it sounds. Your hero swings an oversized weapon as if it were an oversized weapon..This isnt a hack n slash type game. Much startegy is needed to be victorious in your hunt. Each weapon handles differently and different weapons are needed for different hunts. Each monster has its unique sequence of movements and stages that it goes through. You must strategize with both how your foe moves and how your weapon handles. Master this and you will be skinning that giant monster and making a nice hat out of its limbs!

The first time I touched Monster Hunter was MHFU for the PSP and was only months ago and I honestly didnt know what to think of it. All I ask of the skeptics out there is to give it a fair try. Once you get past the basics and start hunting large monsters and crafting sweet looking deadly weapons and armour you will be already planning your next hunt.

This title boasts an awesome single player experience but the multiplayer is where you can really start to gain an addiction to this game. You can hunt with up to 4 player parties and can use wii speak or a usb keyboard to communicate. All items you gain in the online multiplayer mode stay with you in your offline mode as well.

If you like the idea of constantly crafting new weapons, armour, traps, potions....etc...you will absolutely love this game.
