Id have to say, i love it. praphics could be better in the environment, but the character and monsters are wonderful!

Ok, we all like ot kill big, ugly, oversized things right? well this gives you the right to! Its basically my favorite game, and i play it up to this date still! (10/29/05) I have found it a place deep in my heart, and it just wont leave. The graphics are not to hot in hte land and surroundings, but they werent shy when it came to characters and enemies. The enemies, however haphazard and kinda abnormal, were a joy to maim, espiecailly the big ones, like wyverns and the ever famous dragons, such as the Fatalis. A little easy at the start, but suddenly it accelrates and you really need to put effort into it. You try to kill a Rathalos the first time, it aint easy!
Regardless, you wil (upon beating the online/offline version) haev a feeling of great accomplishment, as it was very hard. Overall, i'd say it is no passing fad, it grows with you, and the fact that oyu can gun or slash is more fun too! Bassically, you have to play it first, then you will learn to love it as i do!
