this is a bit dated, but it was fun.

Visuals:
The visuals are a bit dated, but when I put this game on I was a little shocked when I saw the opening cut scene I was a bit blown away by the cgi graphics, then it got in to the actual gameplay graphics then I saw the dated visual but they weren't that bad for the price of this game it is what I was expecting in the visuals of this game MorphX are ok, it broght me back to when I played on my original X-BOX. Oh I also got blown away from closing cgi graphics at the end of the game.
Audio:
The sound effects weren't that bad the voice acting for the main character was alright, the sounds of the aliens were alright and the sound of the soldier's were good but not great, the music in MorphX was a little bit of mix of techno and dance sort of. I kind of expected the music to be like it was cause of the game being set in Russia.
Game-play:
You will not get anything spectacular in the game play everything is straight forward see some aliens kill them, see some human soldier's that are shooting you for the first half of the game kill them, and the other half of the game shoot the aliens with the human soldier's that saw you as an enemy in the first half, and try to stop an invasion while you are looking for a cure for the mutation that as come of you and I just somed up the story for some of you to make it easier, Oh and their are about three boss battles but they are not that hard when they get in a weaken state then attack their sweet spot. their are a couple of mini games that you sorta have to figure out on your own which is pretty cool and to upgrade your alien powers, and their some parts of the game where you have to back track to after you do the mini games that have to start some generators or turn off some generator to progress through to the next part of the level. I did not find this game hard at all I found it was just right. Their is no cover system at all, but why have a cover system when this game is a straight forward run and gun game,
Overall:
On this part I'm going to point out that I live in Toronto, Canada and this game is in fact a budget game, this game here is $34.99, but if you do not want to buy I suggest renting it first cause it will not take long to beat any ways. I personally had some fun with MorphX but their is no real replay value inless you are an achievement whore and it is easy to get half of the games achievements as well cause most of them are straight forward, but for its price tag its worth buying, it wouldn't hurt to check it out.
