Super multiplayer modes and some nice extra 2 the game, but is let down by the rubbish AI and poor story and control bug
The Good.
The multiplayer is super, it reminds me of the good old days playing with my mates on the originals Mortal Kombats with some good game modes my fav being King of the Hill mode which follow the same line as we played as kids "winner stay on"
Visuals, well what can i say awesome it has get to it 2D fighting root but added the 3d visual look to get if more dimensions, the x rays move look really good as well as the fatalities.
The bad
The AI where do i start the game have one of the worst AI i have ever played the AI are to easy or to hard there is no in between you can load Arcade mode and get to the upper round before the AI will really even fight back than you cannot get a move is as the AI seem to put load of combo together even if it on the ground it will just go into a move without getting back up. The last couple of boss even have the ability to become invincible to your moves and just laugh at you and the x ray move will do up to 70% of damage to you so even if you are beating them it take just 1 xray and 2 hit to kill you. But than the game get worst if you fail to complete it after a few rounds the AI will not even fight back. The final boss after 4 defeat to him will just stand there shouting at you "you useless" "you got to be kidding me" so on and so on, as you stand there beating him just so you can win so you do really play the game you just wanting for the AI to become thick. Instead of increase the heath bar to 300% and making have to do more damage the game just get the AI to sit there what is the point
The control
The controls are very simple to use and easy to remember but the control is not a reactive as it should be you can go to do one special move and a different come out, in single player is just seem to stop on the later levels
Overall
Great game if your going to play with friends, wait for it to drop in price if your not playing to play with friend as story is very cheese and has a rubbish end
