Lets get one thing straight this is the most perfect mortal kombat its doesn't get better than this or does it ??? want bloody violence with skulls and ribs get broken so fast almost as fast as i break cookies and blood spilling out from every corner of the screen ?? you got it,want an epic realistic fighting system you got it,want an epicy story with scorpion kicking some ice cream out of sub-zero...its a good story giving its a fighting game but don't expect tekken epic odyssey kinda of story in here..But back to the good sides of the games which are to say the least superb.....tons of content keeps you playing for many hours..fun and easy to adapt controls * don't expect to pawn a lot of players spamming your dragon kick...oy you know who u are* i mean i'm not by any means a veteran in this game but you can get a hook on controls rather quickly for a mortal kombat game,combos are easy enough and so are special moves and the game have a nice tie breaker which happens if you hit RB+LB or L1-R1 you will do a special move that shaves away 25% to 35% of the opponent health but those tie breakers require full power bar and a good timing since they are blockable but they are a very fresh add to the game...now after you did your tie breaker and then "bugzaahhhh" your enemy to death now comes the voice...sorry the melody of FINISH HIM needless to say the days of not having a fatality are coming to an end ,we all been there jumping around like spiders on a hot plate from right to left over and then bam you light punch your enemy to death and that was like going to a real life fight and just hitting the guy with your purse just wrong ,so FINISH HIM is now trainable so you can hack slash freeze disembowel decapitate and smoke rocket scream electrocute suck the life force freeze *yes i like sub-zero* your opponent to hell or take'm there for ride like scorpion does as many times as you want so when the the true finish him comes you'll be ready and, if your already finished the story mode or just don't want to fight that scorpion online so he can't *come here* pawn you in the face,you can always play the highly amusing filled with mini games and mini games while fighting the challenge tower and its has of course the infamous TEST YOUR MIGHT and some cool variation from it....so needless to say you will be busy either with unlocking loads and loads of content or just fighting with your brother over who get to eat that last pizza slice,so there you have it fan or no fan of the Mortal Kombat franchise ,this is the fighting game of 2011 no matter how you put it this just pure fun for new comers and a refreshing THATS MORTAL KOMBAT RIGHT THERE for the veterans it has everything a mortal kombat sorry a fighting game should have pure violence with fun and great kombat with tons of content to unlock and tons and tons of blood
