so underrated...true MK fans can only appreciate this kollection
Gameplay 8/10: Nearly the same as the original Arcade versions if u played any of these games on MAME then you should enjoy the games are hard as i can remember and thats the way its suppose to be, on top of that you get trophies for working your ass off and beating any of the 3 games which brings a little more replayability
Music 8/10: also sounds great and when compared to MAME it sounds remastered and better, but there are things wrong with the music though such as when you beat MK2 the music that plays is definitely broken lol and loops all wrong and too early and in MK1 the music that plays when you fight the last endurance match/Goro, it completely disappears until the end of each round and its obvious NRS didnt check the music UMK3 because its waaayyy too low
Replayability 9/10: idk about anyone else but im a big fan of the early MK games and since online ison an arcade favorite is possible i am really happy with this kollection(sometimes lol) i love to meet people online and just have good matches going for hours.
Final Thoughts: If you love the Klassics MK1, MK2 or UMK3... then get it...its only 10 bucks and even though it needs a patch its not that bad i wish to see better online it can get choppy online, fix the minor music problems and PLEASE give the people with HDTVs full-screen support because people with standard TVs have full-screen support...why cant we? and give us MK3 please cuz UMK3 is still broken lol and if possible throw in MK4 regular or gold idc both are good. NRS hurry up with patch too...
