This game isn't bad, but it could've been a LOT better.

User Rating: 7.5 | Mortal Kombat: Armageddon PS2
The Good: Every single character in the Mortal Kombat Universe is playable, Konquest was enjoyable...thats about it sadly.

The Bad: All the characters only have 2 fighting styles now. (which sucks because I liked having 3, like in the other games). The character design for some of the characters were very disappointing. (Smoke looked like a ghost or a vaccum cleaner I really couldn't tell, and I like when the have Reptile as a ninja, not a lizard.) When you beat arcade, there wasn't any special endings that you could watch. It was just telling what happens to them after the beat Blaze, while the do random karate moves. Motor Kombat was o.k., but the puzzle and chess game were A LOT better. The Krypt was...extremely baren. There were only like 50 things to unlock. (In deadly alliance there had to be close to 1,000 things to unlock). Kreate a Fighter is nothing special.

Only if you are a HUGE fan of Mortal Kombat, should you pick this game up. Most of the characters (the cool characters I should say, nobody like the ones in this game: Sareena, Chameleon, or Kai, who the hell remembers them?) are already in Deadly Alliance or Deception. If your deciding whether to get this game or not...probably don't get it. If you want a Mortal Kombat game buy Mortal Kombat: Deception. Only buy this if you are a true fan of the series.
