The Mortal Kombat Universe gets the final showdown with all the characters and makes it one interesting brawl

User Rating: 9.2 | Mortal Kombat: Armageddon PS2
Mortal Kombat has been that particular game that throughout the years have thought us how to kill someone in many multiple ways, some funny and other gruesome but at the same time leaving you awed. MK:Armageddon brings back all of the fighters to life and makes them fight like there's no tomorrow (which I truly believe is what Ed Boon is trying to do) The game itself is addictive, but somethings make the game just to easy: Having all of the playable characters from scratch is fun when you start playing the game, but since you got all the characters already, you barely have no reason why to look forward to earning coins, like on Deadly Alliance or Deception. The game has a way better konquest mode, much alike to that of Shaolin Monks, but since most of the things you can find in konquest mode you can buy directly on the vault, or krypt, you speed through konquest mode to get the characters. Last but no least, the Kreate-A-Fatality mode. A good idea at the beginning, but after doing the same "combos" fight after fight, you long for the old days, where a fatality was forward-forward-down-A or something like that. Although these minor flaws, the game itself is a great one and it would be the best in a collection.
