Mortal combat: Deadly alliance is about as bloody as game as you can get. One of the main things that has made it so popular is the fact that after you beat someone in combat you can finish them off with a fatalitiy. A fatality is a finishing move that is always entertaining and gory. They include things as decapitating, exploding and mudilating bodies. After every battle you will get a bunch of a certain amount of coins. There are six different colours of coins which you can buy extras with. There are over 600 extras to buy which include characters, videos, schetches, and extra outfits for each character. Parts of this game are really challenging such as combos that require up to about 9 different buttons in a row to press. And I don't just mean using the four A, B, Y, and X buttons, I mean something like this example: A, A, B, B, L left+Y, L, right +Y. Plus you can't just press the buttons really fast, you have to do them all in a rythmn. So as you can see this game can be a bit tricky. This is the first mortal combat game for gamecube, and it is a total sucess So if you want a worthwhile bloddy fighting game then this is worth your $19. 99.
