So-so game after 3 or so weeks.

MK: Deception is an alright game. The thing that bothers me the most was the arcade. you can get through the arcade in 15 minutes, and onaga like 5 mins. so 20 minutes altogether roughly. for me, the arcade is just too short. i belive deadly alliance had about 10, 11 fighters including quan chi and shang. also, the onaga fight at the end is very lopsided. he overpowers you in diffs higher than medium. so you might find yourslef putting the difficulty at novice or even easy just to get the endings of each fighter, which in turn wears down the value of the game rather quickly the puzzle and chess combat are fun, my favorite is the puzzle. chess also wears off after use because it is fighting, which i stated in my past paragraph that combat gets boring after a while becasue it is just fight fight fight. Konquest is a fun, easy to learn game in its self. it fills in a good 15 hours of gameplay, and its not a total waste.
deception is an ok game. after a month or so, the game play gets old. its a really good fill in game if your looking for a fighting game. i belive it is a greatest hit and 20 bucks. all in all, MK deception, in my opinion, is not the best MK on current gen consoles. my fav is DA, but for others Deception might hit the spot for them, didnt so much for me
