Okay warning...to any MK fanboys, I'm not hating on this game.I'm just tired of playing the same game everytime!
Everytime there is talk of a Mortal Kombat coming out, everyone gets excited.I don't know why, because every MK game is exactly the same!
Well in this game you have MOST of the classic MK characters, meanwhile Midway has taken the pleasure of killing off the rest.How nice?!Really the only new things in this installment are new characters, Puzzle Kombat, Konquest mode, and Chess Kombat.Although the only thing that may keep you coming back is the new Puzzle and Chess Kombat.The Konquest is really boring and tasteless.Unfortunately I can't give you a review of the X-Box Live play, but I would imagine its just like fighting with someone next to you.
So I can't reccomend this game to you to even rent, because lets face it....isn't this just a remake of Deadly Alliance with a couple things to make you spend $50?
