Revolutionized the way Fighters were made.
User Rating: 9.8 | Mortal Kombat II: Kyuukyoku Shinken SNES
Despite Mortal Kombat II's extremely Hard difficulty it remains one of the most provocative and revolutionary Fighters to exist. Mortal Kombat II brought to the table hordes of Special Moves and Finishers to suit anyone's fancy. MKII is arguably the greatest Mortal Kombat game to date, and I agree with this, one could spend hours on end playing this game with a friend without getting bored. Not to mention the intense difficulty level leaves you aching to try harder and harder. This installment in my personal favorite Fighting game franchise adds 6 new exciting characters to the roster while bringing back 6 of the old characters including the previously unplayable Shang Tsung with his innovative Morph move adding a level of play unseen in any other Fighter. I could go on and on about this game, but plain and simple it will be one of the best games you will ever play. If you do not own, or have not played Mortal Kombat II, than I suggest you do something about it, because it won't be regretted.
