pushed the boundaries of fighting games. fast frantic and bloody as hell!

this is my favorite fighting game for the retro systems as my email address is even mortal_K2@........... you know. this is a really tough game but it is allot of fun to play with your mates. master even just a few of the charcters moves was a excellent techniqe, the finishers were funny as hell depending on what chacrters you were using. this game has the best sound from anygame ever made. lui kang's fly kick sound. like "wooohaaaaaaaaaaaaii" or even his bicycle kick was amazing. anyways this has spawned a huge franchise and it started with the orignal and best. loads of charcters to choose from and loads of areans, brutalitys, animalties all kinds of fun stuff to do that would cause you to dismember your oppenent wether it was burn him in acid, use lighting to make his head explode and even uppercut the bad guy into a large pit of spikes, which atcully apperaed in shoalin monks, bit o history for ya there.
this is as good as fighting games come if you find it go out and find a snes to play it on, or even just download an emulator, snes!
