This game is an awesome transition from fighting to beat-'em-up genre. It takes all of the elements from previous Mortal Kombat games it turns it into a smash mouth, old school style beat 'em up. As I posted before, this game genre is definitely making a comeback. I love the way you get to use multalities to finish off hordes of enemies, not to mention the fatalies and the intense brutalities.

Boss battles: most definitely a plus!! Take on the classic Mortal Kombat villains such as Scorpion, Baraka, Mileena, Jade, Kano, Shang Tsung, Reptile, Goro, Kintaro, Shao Kahn. A great addition to your PS2 game collection.
