Mortal Kombat Shaolin Monks is really enjoyable if u like side-scrolling beat'em Ups. Format of these kinds of games are more "Old School" arcade games back in the 80's and 90's. However with an add of a good 3-D engine and the Gothic Mortal Kombat genre u have a really good game. Level Design of Mortal Kombat 2 arenas were really detailed. Character Model design was good as well. Sound department did an outstanding job in bringing good sound fx punches , crunches, and trademark mortal kombat voiceclips. My only complaint is that some of the camera angles made finding hidden easter eggs really difficult to find. And also the game is rather short. but still all in all it was a nice nice 8-10 hr game.
