Although many complained about the platformer that was MK: Mythologies Sub-Zero, I thought it was a good step for the MK series to expand the story of its individual characters. After many years of speculating whether to return, Midway finally achieved success with this entry into the MK universe. MK: Shaolin Monks makes for a good multi-player and single player game with an addictive storyline, good gameplay and a brutal combo-system. The game does suffer from small glitches when you play the story with the hidden characters but it doesn't take away from the game itself. All the added bonus material makes for good replay value.
