You've heard the saying "the more things change, the more they stay the same". That sums up MX unleashed in a nutshell. It's a very good game with very good graphics and very good gameplay. But, what does it offer that ATV Offroad Fury 2 does not? Not much. In fact, it could be argued that ATV OF 2 has more features than MX Unleashed does (online play in particular). If you've played ATV OF2, I think you've played MX Unleashed. The only real difference that I see is the ability to drive a monster truck or fly a plane or a helicopter. I doubt that is worth spending an extra $40, but you can be the judge of that. If online play was an option, especially a better version than that of ATV OF 2, we'd be looking at a much improved game. But, since they chose to leave online play out, this is just a poor attempt at an upgrade. In and of itself, MX Unleashed is a great game. Compare it to ATV Offroad Fury 2 though and you will be disappointed, unless you are hungry for more of the same.
