Better than the original.
Gameplay:
Comtrols are fairly simple; it has a simple learning curve and all the charcaters are unique in some way. The story is alright but the cutscenes suck. All they show are 2D pictures of Naruto charcaters that talk in bubbles. Besides story mode, there is a Oboro Mode, Tag Battle Mode, 4-Way Fighting, Survival, Time Attack and some pointless One Player mode. Overall, the gameplay was better than the 1st. 8/10
Graphics:
The graphics are cel-shaded, and they did a good job with the graphics. Colors are nice and so are the charcater models. Although, these graphics are kind of nothing compared to other PS2 games but not bad for a Gamecube. Also, backgrounds are boring. They look like they were pasted. 8/10
Sound:
I personally do not like dubbed sounds but I can live with it. The sound effects are alright and background music is catchy and fits with the stage. Sounds could be better if they added japanese voices but thats ok. 9/10
Value:
The game's length is not too bad; you have tons of things to do in Clash of Ninja and it will take a while to unlock everything in the game. If you like 3D fighters or you're just a Naruto fan, pick this game up. 9/10
Tilt:
Overall, a VERY big improvement from the original. The good stuff from the original was kept and more exciting features were added. 8/10
