Interesting. Got me hooked for a bit longer than I anticipated.

Naruto: Ultimate Ninja is a game that I doubt will get very negative reviews in the future. It may be designed for fans of the show and massively for fans of the manga (like me), but it has certain elements not too different than that of Budokai 3 that interested me the most. You'll kill serious time trying to beat all of the missions. If you're really die hard of a fan, go for it. I haven't even quite beaten the game yet but I've put in serious time.

The few flaws of the game are mostly seen in the repetitive events like the Secret Techniques that you can literally do over, and over, and over again. They get seriously boring after a while, but the variety of characters you can use them against interests just a bit. Who knows, maybe the next Naruto game on the PS2 will blow away the competition?
