The first Naruto game for the PS2 and it is a great way to start off it's series on the PS2 console.

This is one of the best fighter games I have played since the Tekken series. It has great modes to play, the features in this game are amazing, graphics are kind of odd, but original for a fighting game. My personal favorite mode in the game is Scenario Mode where you can play each characters, as they say, "saga". The "saga" lasts on 6 matches with little comic strip cut-scenes. Your match will only last about 30-40 seconds or at least a minute. The game has a cool chakra control feature. You have 3 levels of chakra magic and each level has a colored-outline on your body. Red, blue, and I think purple. Each level consists of different special moves and the higher your chakra level is, the more powerful your special attack will be. But if you run out of chakra, you will have to find yellow balls which contain at least 20 chakra in it. Also, another great thing is the co-operative attack where you have a symbol with people shaking hands. If you hit that, you will have an ally attack your opponent. Those allies will pop-up in battle to give you items like weapons, scrolls, health, or chakra. The other cool mode is Mission were you take on difficult missions. Like in the show, there are level A, B, C, and D missions. And you start from D and make your way down to A. But before you get to D, you need to complete the training tasks in the Mission mode. There are tons of unlockables as in characters and items. If you go to the shop you can unlock more stuff. This is a game that any fighter fan or owner of a PS2 hould try. Naruto fans, this is a must own.
