Cars handle awfully.

User Rating: 7.5 | NASCAR PSP
NASCAR on the PSP is a very inconsistent racing game that can be too easy at times and at other times can be way to hard. Some tracks are easy to drive like Martinsville and New Hampshire and Richmond. At these tracks it can be easy to lap half the field in a 20 lap event. Then with the same difficulty setting Daytona, Talladega and Dover along with countless others are almost impossible to drive. Several tracks require the car to slow down way too much at the end of the straightaway that slamming the brakes will still put the car or truck in the wall. And at Daytona and Talladega it is impossible to draft or keep other cars behind you. This game does have some high points though. It features a full 43 car field in Cup races and has all 22 Cup tracks as well as a few tracks that are in the Busch series and the Truck series like Milwaukee and IRP. Career mode is very good and is the same as the console version of the game which has tons of features. With a deep career mode but inconsistent handling this is a decent game that requires the player to possess far too much skill for the game to really be fun.
