The most addicting sports game of all time. Every type of game play is remarkable - MyCareer, MyPark, ProAm, all of them. Gameplay is excellent - dribble moves, post moves, dunk packages, personal styles; it's all here and excellent. To succeed you need to learn your position - lumbering centers trying to be ball handlers get stripped easily, and 5'7 points get no rebounds.
A few complaints - the game is skewed toward 7'3 big men and point guards. The park is about 75% of these positions because they are so much better. A PF is useless, as is an inside or balanced SF. SG are pretty good, but points are much faster and a 6'6 point can run circles around a SG.
The stat caps and simplified system are poor. I understand that 6 zillion stats like old 2k versions can be annoying, but there's no reason to have just "defense" where your blocking and steals go up together. Same with ball handling/passing, speed/dunking, etc. A hybrid of 2k15 and 2k16 would be best.
Dunking should be limited for PG. A 5'7 point turning the corner and dunking on a center should be 1-1000. Another reason PG are so good in this.
