I love this game and highly recommend it to any basketball game fan.
Gameplay: The gameplay is awesome. Very few flaws. You can do dunk contest, 3 point shootout, super-star challenge, season mode, and my favorite, online play. When playing the game its prety solid and if i didnt know any better i would have thought i was playing it for the PS2.
Graphics: The graphics are decent, but not that great compared to other psp games. The look is kinda grainy but is still very good and dosent take away from the fun at all. The player models are very good and detailed, compared to the crap from NBA 07 for psp where the player models look like ****
Sound: Besides the opening annoucements where the annoucning skips and sounds choppy, the soungs are great. You can here the basketball shoes squeaking on the court as well as contact and the net, just about everything. Also, the soundtrack for the game is great.
Repay value: You can play this game for a very long time just for two things: the online play and season mode. For the online, the play against other people is fun and solid. It does lag at time but not a major problem, and you can try to reach the top 100 leaderboard because your winning percent is kept when playing online. Look out for me cause in 62-7 :P. Seson mode is also great with alot to do and you can play 82 games.
Reviewer tilt: out of my 10 psp games this is by far my favourite and i only bought it just for the hell of it, and i came out plesently surprised. If you like basketball games, this is a must-buy and even if ur not much of a fan, try it anyway. Also if you dont know if u should get the NBA LIVE games or just the NBA, definatly get the nba live ones cause NBA 06 and NBA 07 are shit
