Just for kicks
The GOOD: It does have a lot of substance so you'll get some monster dunkings on players, as well as monster blocks, when you wide open your chances of making a shot goes up, steals though hard look really good, the allyoop looks really good and so when someone is in the right place you can do it (but it's not over done). The Franchise is done well you can, scout up coming draft players, scout the team your playing next, check to see how much your players/draft pick is worth/wanted by another team IE - your first round pick isn't worth anything if your in first place or your PG won't be wanted (even if he's a 99) if the other team doesn't need him and to add to the SIM element you have to wait a day for a response.
The UGLY: The graphics are kind of bad since it's on a last gen game but you'll also get a lot of popping, sliding where someone will just slide where you are and pop in the air, try and block your shot. Other things that doesn't affect that much is sometimes players keep taunting (camera zooms to focus on the taunt) after a score even if the cpu has put the ball in play and after a foul you might not see who it's on.
Last Word: Maybe i found it more fun because I've been playing the 2K series before this, this is my first time back to the LIVE series so i found a lot of things i wanted in NBA2K in this so if you want a change from 2K or have only played 2K try this you might like it.
