The "Race for The Heisman" mode is fun, but not all I thought it to be. Basically you create-a-character and try to win the Heisman trophy. The options in the Dorm room can be informative or a waste of time. The mail-box for instance is all that as they seem to compliment you even after you had a bad game( i tested it and it works). The girlfriend you have gets better looking as your performance on the field improves. The practice mode in RFTH, is pointless. You don't get any stat-increases for doing it its just...there.
Now to where this game really shines, Dynasty Mode. This is my absolute favorite mode of the game. Imagine this, take a D-II school who just got accepted into D-1 and you are the coach. Recruiting is gonna be tough because you get the bottom of the barrel. And if you get put in a tough conference (SEC, Big Ten, Big XII) its gonna be even harder to succeed. But keep at it, win upset games against top ranked schools, get some of the top kids coming out of high school, and in no time you've got yourself a football powerhouse (now if we can just get more people to come to the games) But I love dynasty mode. The most fun I have is getting a kid I heavily recruited and seeing him progress in the game to a potential Heisman trophy winner.
This game has all you want and more. You want a quick, pick up and play you've got it. Got an hour or two to play through your Dynasty or RFTH, go ahead. This game depicts just what College Football is all about. If your into football you cannot not own this game.
