I have played this game with a friend for a long, long time. The sensation of speed is just wonderful due to the best positioned camera ever in a videogame. Is just amazing how you can handle all those cars beautifully in arcade mode and compete with a friend of yours. The tracks are very well designed and police AI is as impressive as the handling of your car.
This was one of my first games for a PSX and never ever regret the purchase. However, unless you play it 2 player mode, hot pursuit, it is a very short game. You should considered it as Tekken or as a sports game. You will have a great fun if you play it with a friend.
