Ok, the first thing you will notice is the return of cops. Yes they are back and they are great. You have 6 different heat levels, which will determin how tough the cops are gonna be.

Heat level 1: normal cop cars and nothing special
Heat level 2: Still the same dopey cops but they will put up road blocks
Heat level 3: More skilled drivers and Rhinos - SUV's that ram into you
Heat level 4: Spike strips and a helicopter which will swoop you.
Heat level 5: Federal police take over and pursue you in Corvettes and Sgt Cross joins - he is the most skilled cop.
Heat level 6: This is the final and most challenging level where every single unit is onto you and they will stop at nothing to get you to stop, expect to see spike strips around every corner.

Most Wanted is definatly a deep game and it starts off showing how Razor gets your car in a race and you have to climb the Blacklist to get to him. The blacklist is a list of the best and most notorious racers, There are 15 on the list and the way to win is to get to the top where Razor and your car are. You have to do a certain amount of races and milestones to get the Blacklist member above you to challenge you. Milestones are objectives to do while in a pursuit such as immobilize 30 cops or break through 10 road blocks and once you do those you must evade the cops. Now there are pursuit breakers. These are things such as scaffolds that you can drive through to make them collapse onto police cars. Not only does this destroy a bunch of cars but will also get the attention of other nearby cars and they will stop and try to help. Once you evade the police you will go into cool down mode. Basically you have to hide out till the timer runs out if you find a cooldown spot park on it and the timer will go down quicker. But be careful because the cops are still on the lookout for you and once they find you the chase is back on.

So now that your a wanted criminal you wont be having any photo shoots like in NFS Underground 1 and 2 and you wont find any racers up for a challenge on the streets either. So once you start its straight to business. Climb the blacklist and get your rep high enough to be the most notorious racer.

Now there are many things I have missed but basically there is so much packed into this game that i have no idea what they are going to add to it.
