Good car physics, full soundtracks, and overall great portable value. Yet, lacks storyline and emphasises mediocre cops.

Well, when Need For Speed: Most Wanted came out for the current-gen systems and XBOX360, it was a fresh, new, exciting mix of the best of Underground and the best of Hot Pursuit. Great cars, great parts, and exciting white-knuckle chases and races. Well, this game has that. Great cars, great races, and great fun. Yet it drops the game from great to good by means of some little changes.

I'll tell you one thing. The soundtracks of the NFS series are by far the best in any videogame. Yet, the console Most Wanted games featured shortened songs that were meant for two to three minute races. Now, this game features the full length version of every song, plus a way to listen to them as you view a psychedelic Window's Media Player-esque background.

The races are possibly the same amount of fun and action as the console, only with one problem. No story mode = no free roaming. No free roaming = (you guessed it) less creative ways to ditch cops. Now, they just appear and follow the track, never losing sight of you and only chasing YOU. NOT THE OTHER RACERS!!!!!!!!!!! This was not an issue in the games console big brothers. Now, if a cop is trailing you when you finish a race, you have an option to go double or nothing in a near impossible police outrun. It's almost to pointless and poorly executed that if you get the option, you should NEVER choose it.

Overall, despite its flaws and downgrades, thios game is still a great game to play on the go.
