This game starts off appearing to be your typical street racing game (this all changes once you get into a pursuit) It may be the affects of running from a fine or just the sirens in the background that get the blood pumpin but whatever it is it really gets it goin. Most games define cops as these stupid predicatible little annoyances that are just there to bug you, in this game it is more like the track is your obstacle and your just runnin through it to get away from the cops. Now sure enough the game doesnt put you right into a heated pursuit, in fact you will probably be waiting a while to get that rush but up until then you have the cars. Measuring from eco-friendly compacts to raging beast of torque and muscle there is something here to suit just about hmmm... everyone. Whether you like puttin the pedal to the metal in your favorite exotic sports car or rampaging through the city with that bad american muscle you will find multiple different choices to fit your distinct taste. Then you get to the customization from the regular and fairly cheap bottle of NOz to a cold air intake system that will rocket your ride to the finish line, its all there. Now all of the cars do have certain limits besides the overall stats of the car, if your try to take that big hulking murcialago of yours through tight corners you might have a small problem. This game makes it so that you should end up with multiple rides and also gives you a way to use most of them. Though the customization options are plentiful i want to ask someone about the lack of spinners, even though you will hardly ever see your rims it would be nice if they were actually there. Besides that i really dont have anything else to complain about i mean it is a good racing game with alot of customization options the racing and story is pretty good (though some of the blacklist racers intro's are a bit corny)It has a wide selection of cars but all together it still comes short of my dream racing game. I STILL WANT TO BE ABLE TO GET OUT OF MY CAR AND DESIGN MY OWN CHARACTER. Altogether anyone out there looking for a good racing game that isnt exactly over realistic should pick this one up, and if yu have a 360 then get it on that one
