I have to say that this game is the best game in the Chain because it caputres what all the others failed to attempt which is "punishment"
Its fun that cops chaise you around and set up road blocks, Races are much like the 2nd Need for Speed where, they are pretty easy- but its a fun game for anyone who like racing and is interested in a lil' run from the
"Po-leese" I would recomment this game to anyone who is a fan of the Race Scene. Its really a good game. It doesnt have the same sceme of customizations as the first one, it does full body kids as customs, but it does keep true to the other 2 games offering customizations and parts that help your car through your journey to being the top on the chart.
I like that it has a "Blacklist" and AI for cops. All in All, Good game.
